The position of Health Scientist falls under the 0601 occupational series. To qualify for this position at grade GS-14, you must meet the following:

Basic Requirements Bachelor's or graduate/higher level degree:
major study in an academic field related to the medical field, health sciences or allied sciences appropriate to the work of the position. In addition to the above basic requirements, applicants must meet the following specialized experience requirements below:
Minimum Qualifications Specialized Experience. Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. You must possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service that includes
Experience:
leading and coordinating project teams; planning and managing health informatics systems and processes; and experience evaluating and assessing data for use in regulatory decisions. NOTE:
